NEEDED ASAP: personal asst who is highly organized, efficient, time management focused, accustomed to creative type A personalities, nimble administratively and a really nice team player with a great sense of humor – (preferably likes to drink chardonnay too!)

Compensation TBD based on skill sets, continuity, efficiency etc.

PT/FT or anything in between… seasonal too… Best fit might be 2-3 days, flexible hours. Remote and mostly on site.

SKILLS: Listening, taking charge, social media, etc My fingers are in several industries from retail to customer service, interior design and recruiting. There’s a lot out there, so your skills are going to work in some wonderful way…

Attitude: no job too small if it needs to be done.

PROS: old school Vail valley style, if it’s a powder day we SKI.

CONS: very Type A boss who missed the memo about limits, extremely in need of someone to organize LOTS of accummulated papers, bounces frquently between projects, details matter
