JOB SUMMARY

The primary function of our Sales Agents is to sell our services to our College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving franchise network clients . Outbound Sales Agents are responsible for dialing outbound to clients who inquire about our services.

Sales Agents must clearly communicate our company mission, as well as procedure to all clients who look for information regarding our service. Maintain and manage multiple interactions with staff and clients and must be able to work effectively in an environment that has many interruptions. The ability to WOW both clients and team members and live CHHJ core values every day!

COMPENSATION

Hourly rate along with a generous sales commission structure, earning most agents $14-20/hr. on average.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound phone calls and handle clients with exceptional WOW service as outlined by our code of conduct.
• Provide all required information to clients regarding College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving services and procedures.
• Represent our brand positively with each client interaction.
• Book all viable outbound sales calls.
• Maintain an acceptable close rate on all bookings.
• Comply with all Sales and Loyalty Center policies and procedures including but not limited to the Employee Handbook.
• Regular attendance is required as outlined in our policies.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent and proper oral and written communication skills
• Typing proficiency minimum 30 WPM
• Ability to demonstrate personal integrity in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills a must with knowledge of Microsoft applications and Internet programs
• Quiet Workspace
• High Speed Internet Connection

HOURS

Hours of operation for our Call Center staff are Monday – Saturday 8am – Midnight EST and Sunday 9am – 11:45pm EST, a successful candidate in this position will need to have flexibility in scheduling to include nights and weekends.
