Flagship Publishing is hiring a part-time Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk in Fort Collins, Colorado to provide customer service and help process orders for our magazine subscribers. Applicants should be detail-oriented, efficient, honest, comfortable multi-tasking and friendly on the phone.
Job Duties
- Data entry
- Customer service via phone and email
- Research customer issues
- Package and mail orders
- Track inventory
- Scanning and filing
- Generate internal reports
Qualifications: Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and some prior office experience
Hours: 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Monday-Friday
