Our office is in search of a full-time front desk receptionist/treatment plan coordinator to start immediately. The ideal candidate must be a team player, detailed oriented, organized, reliable, have excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Experience in the following is preferred:

• Dentrix software
• Checking patients in and out, and scheduling
• Treatment plan presentation
• Financial arrangement and presentation
• Dental codes and posting
• Insurance processing and eligibility verification
• Production reports
• Collection reports
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
• Microsoft office
