A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER MANAGER
As a Call Center Manager, you are responsible for leading our team of sales reps and overseeing department organization. Using your excellent communication skills, you handle any inbound or outbound calls that come your way. Helping around the office, you manage your staff and ensure they have everything they need to be successful. Leveraging your leadership skills, you create an environment where your team can openly communicate and continually learn.
