A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) / DISPATCHER
As a Customer Service Rep (CSR) / Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to provide our customers with the best service ensuring they feel well taken care of and attended to. After receiving incoming client calls, you dispatch service calls to field technicians making sure you are capitalizing on maximum scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you perform basic office duties as needed and your hard work ensures that our office runs smoothly. At the end of the day, you feel accomplished in your contributions to the team and care you’ve provided to our customers!
QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic computer and phone skills
• Top-notch customer service skills
• Dispatcher experience and HVAC familiarity is a PLUS!
