This position is responsible for analyzing and administering the BSDW’s administrative operations, policies, procedures, personnel actions and General Fund and SDW Fund budgets; and directing and managing the BSDW’s clerical staff. The employee interfaces with the public, central and regional office staff, and drinking water and wastewater facility operators and system personnel.
