The Hiram G. Andrews Center – Education Division, is currently seeking a Clerical Assistant 2 to support their team. In this role, you will provide clerk typist duties, office support, and administrative support to the Director of Education at the Commonwealth Technical Institute (CTI) at the Hiram G. Andrews Center, CTI Education Supervisors, and CTI Instructors. Join our amazing team; apply with us today!

In this position, you will be responsible to maintain accurate curriculum/syllabi/competencies for all education programs, update education program course binders and make travel reservations and itinerary arrangements, when needed.

Work includes your assistance with CTI graduation and registration processes. You will play a part with the Career & Transition Fair/New Counselor Orientation as well as sending surveys to CTI graduates for Employment/Placement. You’ll also contribute to the team by attending Program Advisory Committee meetings and CTI staff meeting to complete minutes. Another component of the role is to conduct scheduled center tours.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1; or
• Graduation from high school; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
