DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the total care of residents and supervision of nursing staff at the Southeastern Veterans’ Center, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards. You will provide general supervision, guidance and assistance to all nurses in the daily implementation of health care activities, treatments and medications for residents; plan for and obtain all medical equipment and supplies necessary to meet the needs of the residents; and monitor daily documentation and data collection for infection control and quality assurance programs.
