W ork Schedule :
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 2:30 PM –11:00 PM. Applicants hired into this position can work remotely from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Service Desk Specialist to:
At UW Health, you will have :
Education :
Minimum – Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Two (2) years combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree.
Preferred – Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business or related field strongly preferred.

Preferred – Help Desk Institute (HDI) Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Boot Camp, ITIL Foundation certification
