Community Association Management Company Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist Job at Truckee, CA Full Time

We are CAMCO. A well-respected property management company located in the Truckee/Northstar area specializing in Community Management. We are looking for full or part time front desk receptionist with flexible hours. This is year round employment opportunity. Prefer a local applicant.

Key Responsibilities
o Answer incoming calls and forward, take messages or return calls as required
o Welcome all guests
o Ensure office is clean, tidy & organized
o Collect and sift through incoming mail
o Maintain inventory of office supplies
o Scheduling and maintaining office calendar

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
o Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant a plus but not necessary
o Positive attitude, warm, and approachable
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
o Efficient time management
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
o Ability to multitask and pivot when priorities shift.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as listening and customer service skills
o Team player and willing to chip in
o High School Diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
