Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
Ensure all displays, counters, fridges and vending machines comply with company and statutory requirements
Actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager
Promote good safety habits and methods of work
Treat everyone with professionalism, care, and respect
Communicate with the customers honestly, accurately, and in a timely manner
Clean all work areas during and after use and remove all waste to the appropriate area
Maintain temperature records as required and report and variance
Ensure cleaning schedules are maintained and accurate
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your manager
