What are we looking for:

ESS are are looking for an enthusiastic Chef to work at our Defence site in Papakura, Auckland. Hours of work are full time-fixed term, across 7 days ending on 03rd March 2023.

Our Ideal team member –

You will be:

• responsible for the preparation, cooking and serving of meals, whilst ensuring the quality of every dish we serve!
• able to cook within budget, assist with ordering and menu development, as well as ensuring the health and wellbeing of our customers through allergen and nutrition management.

Skills and experience you will bring with you –

You will:

• have the ability to work alone and as part of a team
• be flexible, and have a high attention to detail
• be able to use your initiative and follow procedures meticulously for health and safety.
• also be hard working, with positive attitude.
• hold the relevant industry qualifications and have proven experience working in a similar environment
