Computer Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) Hiring for QA Analyst at Remote Full Time

This role will assist our client’s Technology and Digital in continuous improvement of their product development quality assurance operations. Role will partner with Sr. Leadership, subject matter experts, data analysts and OCM & Training teams to drive and facilitate product development best practices across the organization. The position is fully remote and a contract for 6 months. The pay is $50/hr.

Requirements:

• 7+ years-experience working in a technology environment with software development teams and exposure to quality assurance best practices.
• 8+ years Process design experience, including developing and executing process improvement
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interpret and execute strategy
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms, at all levels, both within and outside the organization
• Experience managing and driving large projects across cross-functional disciplines.
• Experience in process definition, analysis, improvements and documentation.
• Maintain cross functional process knowledge across technology and business organizations to ensure all processes are streamlined and part of the larger seamless ecosystem.
• Working knowledge in product centric and agile methodologies that ensure products meet customer’s needs, have measurable outcomes and follow rigorous quality assurance processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including test planning, coordination and execution, as well as work-flow concepts
• Advanced knowledge in Information Technology processes include Portfolio, Project and Product Management and Product Development

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop best practices and projects to achieve results.
• Responsible for the management of data, including gathering, summarizing, and analyzing the data necessary for best practices development and rollout.
• Summarize the business impact and communicate an analysis of the data globally and at a high level.
• Create initiative roadmaps and align work using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Facilitate teams in process definition, analysis, improvements and documentation across technology organizations using scrum methodology
• Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
• Lead and facilitate the process needed to make an informed build versus buy decision Lead process and requirement walk-throughs with key stakeholders using various methods (e.g., team demos, workshops, sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions)
• Lead the appropriate teams to refine, prioritize and manage requirements using various tools (e.g., templates, team backlogs, requirements management or agile task management applications)
• Lead the appropriate teams to build the business case and project justification Identify and estimate anticipated work efforts based on priority using requirement work plans, program increment (PI) and sprint planning
