Computershare has a great opportunity for you to provide excellent support as a Financial Proxy Administrator within the Proxies Disbursements Department to gather and balance all the votes received for a Company’s Annual or Special meeting of shareholders. This includes votes received via internet, phone, mail, and electronic file. They also partner with the internal Client Administration team as well as external vendors to ensure a successful event. This role encompasses the beginning to end tabulation of votes for a company’s Annual or Special Shareholder Meeting.
