A role you will love

As one of our talented group of developers, you will join a team that develops and brings to life personalised customer correspondence that helps companies connect with their customers through print, digital and mobile digital channels.

As part of a cross functional team focused on shared success, you will work alongside Developers, Delivery Leads, Business Analysts and testers to code, test and deploy customer communications using Agile practices.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop and maintain solutions
• Provide programming solutions and end to end testing
• Understand and follow the software development life cycle
• Provide thought leadership and guidance to solve customer problems relating to outbound communications
• Provide insights/direction to our product teams to enhance the efficiency of technology solution delivery to customers
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues to facilitate rapid resolution to queries/issues
• Be involved in any quality issue investigations
• Provide input to, develop and support initiatives to improve the technology outcome for our clients.

What will you bring to the role?

You will work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and build effective working relationships with people from both a technical and non-technical background.

You take pride in writing and implementing clean and efficient code and have an eye for performing thorough testing of your own and other team members’ code.

You can balance multiple concurrent coding projects of varying priorities and shift focus from one project to another with minimal loss of productivity or quality.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Proficiency or knowledge using the following development languages – C/C++, C#, Python
• Experience with Agile or Continuous Delivery approaches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with adhering to usability, design, and development standards
• Demonstrated experience with all aspects Unit testing principles & Version control principles
• Identifying areas for continuous improvement in existing programs
• Experience with Document Composition tools (e.g., Quadient)
