About the Role
As a customer service representative, you will be supporting our client’s customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:
The EPC Call Center is a growing, high-volume call center that services child support payment cards for multiple states. This is an inbound-only call center with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The call center hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. A variety of different shifts are available. This position reports to the call center management team, following the chain of command.
The Customer Experience Associate’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering calls within 5 seconds or less
Providing one call resolution whenever possible
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
Reviewing their own quality assurance evaluations within a timely manner
Escalating cardholder issues to the call center management team
Maintain adherence in areas such as attendance, punctuality, and aux times
The ideal candidate will be able to meet the following requirements:
A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role. Previous call center experience is preferred.
Possess basic computer skills
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
100% attendance during the training
Working for you
$17.50 per hour pay rate (bi-weekly pay)

Full-time schedule (40 hrs. a week)
