We are looking for a self-motivated Real Estate Research Analyst who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment to join our team. This position will be instrumental in coordinating data import and cleansing efforts within our database. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a master communicator, exceptionally organized, and detail oriented, while possessing a certain level of resourcefulness.

• Research, add, merge and import contact, company, and property records into our database
• Identify opportunities and assist in implementation of system and process improvements
• Create Maps for real estate agents
• Utilize maps for farming areas for real estate agents

Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Proficient with Google Suites
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service skills to both internal staff and external clients
• Technologically skilled in iOS and macOS based applications, along with learning to utilize company systems
• Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills
• Problem solving, research skills, and taking ownership on subject matter expertise is key.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task as this role is assisting multiple staff with overflow work, including research, data entry, and related tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
