Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist with managing a staff of 12 Qualifying Specialists/Fronters to reach and exceed assigned KPI’s
2. Assist with the recruiting, interviewing and hiring of Qualifying Specialists/Fronters, at the direction of the Fronter Manager
3. Responsible for assisting the Fronter Manager with following a supplied training program and schedule to include: a. Pitch training b. Product training c. System training d. Tracking of production and compensation e. Tracking of team and individual KPI’s f. Training on Laminate, Logic Tree, script and rebuttals
4. Responsible for motivating the team and each individual to meet or exceed KPI’s
5. Responsible for managing the team’s attendance and PTO schedules, at the direction of the Fronter Manager
6. Responsible for directly supervising and managing the Fronter Staff, at the direction of the Fronter Manager
7. Responsible for meeting or exceeding personal KPI’s as directed by the Fronter Manager
8. Responsible for the transfer %, CPA and FC production (including monthly and quarterly objectives) of all subordinates to maximize revenue and company profits, at the direction of the Fronter Manager
KPI’s & Compensation Model:
1. Base salary = $55,000.00 2. Monthly Bonus (based on Fronter staff production):
a. 720 FC per month = $1,000.00
b. 800 FC per month = $2,000.00
c. 1,000 FC per month = $2,500.00
3. Quarterly Bonus (based on Fronter staff production):
a. $600,000.00 of “net” premium per quarter = $2,000.00
b. $900,000.00 of “net” premium per quarter = $4,000.00
c. $1,200,000.00 of “net” premium per quarter = $6,000 Maximum Compensation Annually:

1. Base Salary = 55,000.00
2. Monthly Bonus = 12 X $2,500.00 = $30,000.00
3. Quarterly Bonus = 4 X $6,000.00 = $24,000.00 4. Total Compensation = $109,000.00
Employment & Compensation Rules:
1. If 75% of monthly goals are not reached, the Qualifying Specialist/Fronter will be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (probation)
2. If 75% of monthly goals are not reached in two consecutive months, the Qualifying Specialist/Fronter may be terminated or moved to a different position: at a lower hourly rate
3. The maximum approved OT hours per month is 10 (every other Saturday)
