General Description:
Westside Agri-business employer is seeking an Executive Assistant to support ownership. The Executive Assistant will perform administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel arrangements, meeting and event preparations; preparing reports and financial data; oversight and supervision of other support staff; customer and vendor relations. The Executive Assistant requires strong computer abilities, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients, and personal contacts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize and assist with email correspondence.
• Ability to prioritize based on needs of supervisor.
• Screen and direct phone calls
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage travel arrangements when needed
• Provide assistance as needed to assist with personal errands, appointments, commitments
• Excellent competency/proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Oversee general aspects of the business to keep it running smoothly and efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, flexible schedule, and strong

organizational skill.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Sensitivity to confidential matters
• Needs to live within a 45 min radius of the Sanger area
• Flexible and adaptable based on needs or as they arise

Required Education and Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of progressive administrative experience at the upper to executive level
