We are seeking a professional full-time Lifestyle Manager/ Personal Assistant to a terrific UHNW family based in Los Angeles, California.
You must have worked at the highest level of lifestyle & administrative support, having previously worked for an HNWI with longevity in past roles being weighed heavily.
You should be able to communicate exceptionally well, given you will need to regularly represent the family in correspondence, coordination, research, and planning. An ability to connect with the family to intimately understand and anticipate their needs is crucial.
A successful candidate will be comfortable accepting constructive feedback from management and, at times, the principals directly.
A strong contact list and familiarity with local Los Angeles restaurants, service providers / private vendors, and family-friendly activities are important, as is the ability to regularly use resources, connections, and research to find and recommend activities to the family.
Regular daily calendar and schedule management are core to the position. You will need to regularly update calendars shared by the family and others in the organization, ensuring that the calendar is free of conflicts, travel times are factored in, and that all items needed for activities are prepared and on hand during their movements and activities.
We are seeking a candidate that is highly organized and can work effectively in a collaborative environment alongside other key management staff to think through and carefully plan complex travel and logistics, ensuring that regular day-to-day schedules and movements, as well as global travel itineraries and movements of the family, are planned and executed flawlessly.
The role will also involve researching the latest trends, a high volume of ordering and sourcing hard-to-find items, and working closely with stylists and third parties to ensure that purchases and returns are handled appropriately.
This role will involve travel alongside the family when they spend extended periods abroad, possibly for several weeks and up to 1-2 months abroad.
We are seeking a candidate that has a positive, service-oriented demeanor with the ability to understand and respect professional boundaries. Somebody that enjoys being challenged and overcoming obstacles working closely alongside a team of like-minded professionals.
