Experienced Dental Admin Front Desk Needed

Experience is a REQUIREMENT. You must have worked in a Dental Office and have knowledge of Dentistry and Dental Programs (ie. Dentrix, Softdent, Eaglesoft)

We are looking to expand our front desk. Some duties required would be the following

– Ability to read Patients ledger and understand where balances come from

– Ability to collect large sums of money, comfortably

– Ability to speak to patients about treatment/surgical procedures

– Ability to work well with staff and the Doctor

– Ability to take direction and understand that all offices work differently. Learn our way and then if you have an easier way, please teach us.

– Ability to hand a high call volume

– Ability to handle the hygiene recall system

– Ability to multitask

– Basic Front Desk Duties (ie. Answering phones, checking in patient, making sure that Dr runs on time, scanning etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
