There is no experience required!!! We have had former manufacturing workers, production personnel, administrative staff, retail associates, servers, and many more successfully join the Marathon team.

Earn up to $988 per week!

Team Member Benefits:

• On-the-job training and an onboarding program that continues on through a new hire’s initial 30 days.

• Rotating shifts that allow team members to only work 15 days out of the month (12-hour shifts.)

• 8 hours of overtime every other week (4 day week) – as needed
