Confidential Hiring for Project Manager- REMOTE at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a Project Manager. Our Client’s team works fully remote, provides a supportive collaborative culture, and the company offers an exciting career.

• Coordinate project set-up from start-up memo and fact sheet to assist with designating key members of the team to be assigned to support the project. In addition, create project implementation schedule based on court and business documents and track project deliverables; keeping management apprised of successful completion.
• Identify all project tasks to include tracking critical project dates and deadlines; planning and coordinating project logistics; and implementing and tracking timely completion of tasks on all assigned case. Additionally, coordinating the development and implementation of project processing screens.
• Draft and review error-free affidavits, declarations, notices, and reports as required by project documents and client requirements.
• Act as liaison between other departments.
• Manage implementation and roll out of projects such as procurement payment system
• Manage project staff in regards to project requirements; including training on procedures and protocols, evaluating and monitoring progress by performing audits and providing additional support and training as required.
• Report and respond to management on case issues and status.

Skills:

• Experience with Coupa Software good to have
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures for case management.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and with responsiveness to other managers, clients, and claimants.
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid knowledge of database administration through Excel and Access.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze Agreements and other Court documents.
• Working knowledge of Pacer or other federal docketing system.
• Multi-tasking necessary to ensure all aspects of caseload are proactively completed.
• Fast-paced, deadline oriented environment with often demanding extended hours for completion of projects.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills with ability to effectively collaborate with multiple client levels.
• Ability to identify and recommend project budget variances and key opportunities to reduce time, increase efficiency, and offset costs communicating with management to keep budget in line with client expectations.

Education:

An advanced degree in an applicable field of study and/or six plus (6+) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
