Confidential Hiring for Scheduler at Calabasas, CA Full Time

Brief Position Summary:

The scheduling coordinator’s responsibility is to staff security agents to ensure continuous efficient operations of the company.

Brief Summary Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive dynamic 24/7 schedules for 15+ security accounts
• Collect availability on weekly/bi-weekly basis
• Notify and confirm, with all agents, the finalized schedule
• Coordinate last-minute changes to established weekly schedules due to client and business needs
• Ability to create, organize, and maintain Excel, Word, and PowerPoint documents

Required:

• 3+ years of heavy 24/7 multi-account scheduling
• Proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Remarkable attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced Proficiency in Scheduling Programs

Preferred:

• Experience with SNAP 365
• Prior experience in a security field

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
