Established tax service in Pleasanton is seeking a Tax Admin to help with the 2023 tax season.
Required skills and experience:
- Data entry experience, Accurate and fast, 10 Key.
· Administrative support experience with a tax service or accounting firm
- PDF files – Proficiency in manipulating PDF files (move, save, combine, etc).
Desirable experience
- Lacerte experience
Work location – 100% onsite in Pleasanton, CA
Salary – Flexible
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
