Confidential Hiring for ZenDesk Customer Service Manager at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

Come join a FAST growing Healthcare Technology startup and looking for a ZenDesk Expert to manage our Patient Services operations. We are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST and willing to compensate accordingly with industry leading pay! This position will report directly to C-Level Executives.

We currently have ZenDesk implemented and fully functional, with email and phone support being conducted in-house. Our ideal candidate will have the technical expertise necessary to continually optimize ZenDesk, so that we’re using it to it’s full potential. In addition, you will be responsible for managing our existing support personnel, as well as interviewing and hiring new support agents as we continue to scale our operations.
