Position Description
Due to our tremendous growth, we are now looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join us and be a key support person for our Talent Acquisition team. You will be the go to person for the team, scheduling all interviews and coordinating the details for candidate on-site visits and remote interviews. As a primary contact person you will be setting the tone for candidate experience and field questions from candidates, managers and recruiters regarding interview availability, travel, and scheduling matters. Remote/Flexible location available
We’re looking for someone who is awesome at multi-tasking and can juggle the day-to-day details of scheduling, and will not flinch when interruptions occur and priorities change. You must be very organized, flexible and patient. You need to be “on your game” meeting deadlines, providing timely responses and problem solving, all while keeping confidentiality and candidate experience in mind.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with TA Specialists to create a professional and fun recruiting experience for each candidate we connect with
- Will support at least two TA specialist with coordinating candidate interviews (onsite and phone screens) and travel; will be juggling multiple calendars at once which requires flexibility and patience
- Greet candidates and serve as the company host/hostess throughout the interview process to ensure each candidate has a hallmark interview experience
- Handle all candidate travel expenses; answer all candidate questions with regards to expenses and reimbursement
- Responsible for posting open positions to niche websites when needed
- Update our applicant tracking system and monitor the database to ensure candidate progression is being tracked properly
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have a fun and easy-going attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, experience with Jobvite a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of experience in a Staffing / HR Coordinator or related role preferred

The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act. The general salary target for this position in Colorado is $52,000.00 per year. However, the base salary offered may increase (or decrease) depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a full range of perks and benefits, including financial, medical, and dental insurance. We also fund an annual bonus program, with payout based upon annual corporate performance and individual performance
