Position Description
You will play a key role with our Agile Scrum teams by collaborating with business, Product Management and development to execute product initiatives, define and drive the product vision, roadmap and executing product initiatives.
This position requires strong experience in software business and technical roles. This is not a Project Manager role. We are looking for candidates that have a proven ability to design solutions based on a service-oriented architecture, experience developing internal and external APIs, can drive design across multiple teams, and thrive in a strong, collaborative relationship between product managers, developers, and QA engineers as partners in the delivery of a technical SaaS solution.
Your ability to drive Innovation forward at a fast pace and respond quickly and confidently to change is essential for success in this role. Commercial awareness and strong business sense are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business, product management, development, quality assurance, and operations teams to establish overall product vision, draft problem descriptions, create user stories, create acceptance criteria, manage and prioritize the product backlog, participate in daily scrums and scrum of scrums, and validate developed software designs.
- Guide the scrum team to deliver great software at an impressive pace. Keep the team aligned on the work at hand and the completion of the greater feature.
- Gather product requirements from stakeholders.
- Manage release status for development and communicating status to other departments in the company.
- Work with development to decompose high-level features into user stories.
- Quickly provides just-in-time decisions to system level questions and defect triage.
- Work with early adopter customers to troubleshoot implementations and gather product feedback.
- Prioritize and schedule development work for releases.
- Work with product management and development teams to create and maintain product priorities, track schedule against deliver commitments, and escalate risks and issues.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Analyze product metrics to understand product performance
- Provide an outstanding customer experience that has positive impact on the company bottom line.
- Provide guidance to Product Education team for technical and product documentation.
- Transition finished projects to the Customer-facing teams.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years technical and product experience in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience as a technical leader
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for the success of projects from inception to rollout and maintenance
- Knowledge of REST API principles highly preferred
- Familiarity with OpenAPI specification or similar API documentation highly preferred
- Experience with integrated solutions for major platforms such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle or Salesforce
- Ability and confidence to work closely with select customers in pre-sales and collaborative scenarios
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

experience. In

We also fund an annual bonus program, with payout based upon annual corporate performance and individual performance.
