Position Description
As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for the stewardship and advancement of Conga capabilities in Billing, Revenue Management, and Order Management, products that lets our users track the fulfillment of any order effectively, invoice their customers accurately, and quickly recognize revenue and forecasting future numbers. You will have a deep understanding of our target customers, their use cases and problems, common third-party system integrations, as well as the competitive landscape across the revenue lifecycle. You will be proactive as you deliver an outstanding customer experience that has an outsized positive impact on Conga’s revenue.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be a subject matter expert on your products, including technical functionality, target market needs, user personas, and buyer evaluation criteria.
- Identify gaps in current offerings and areas where Conga can differentiate.
- Gather and validate product requirements and jobs-to-be-done from customers and other internal and external stakeholders. Synthesize multiple sources of information and inputs to deliver the best overall solution.
- Work with owners and planners of other Conga products to ensure cross-product coordination.
- Work with product management and development teams to create and maintain product priorities, flag and resolve product interdependencies, track schedule against delivery commitments, and escalate risks and issues.
- Communicate with Technical Support, Professional Services, and other internal teams regarding product-related customer cases; work with product management and development to decide on and take any necessary actions.
- Work with business, product management, development, quality assurance, and operations teams to draft problem descriptions, create user stories, create acceptance criteria, manage and prioritize the product backlog, participate in daily scrums and scrum of scrums, and validate developed software designs.
- Work with development to decompose high-level features into user stories.
- Guide the scrum team to deliver healthy, relevant software at an impressive pace. Keep the team aligned on the work at hand and the completion of the greater feature.
- Work with the User Experience team to craft visual and written guidance for use by the development team.
- Prioritize and schedule development work for releases. Manage release status for development, and communicate status to other departments in the company.
- Analyze product metrics to understand product performance and usage.
- Implement key product metrics and track performance against targets.
- Provide guidance to Product Education team for technical and product documentation.
- Provide guidance to Product Marketing and Sales for positioning and messaging.
- Ensure solutions are promoted and maintained within sales demo environments.
- Provide product demos and present to stakeholders based on various product use cases and for different audiences, both internal and external.
Desired Experience, Skills and Competencies: · At least 7 years of technical and product experience in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with Conga’s offerings in Billing, Revenue Management, and Order Management solutions and how they compare to customer needs and competitor offerings.
- Experience with third-party integrations in Billing, Revenue Management, and Order Management.
- Proven experience as a technical leader.
- Demonstrated professionalism interacting with a variety of audiences internally and externally.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical solutions to end-users of all abilities.
- Strong listening skills and a healthy sense of curiosity.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with significant ambiguity as projects evolve.

The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act. The general salary target for this position in Colorado is $
146,280.00
per year. However, the base salary offered may increase (or decrease) depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In
addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a full range of perks and benefits, including financial, medical, and dental insurance.
We also fund an annual bonus program, with payout based upon annual corporate performance and individual performance
