Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
Answer phone, schedule/reschedule patients appointments, check patients in and out, collect copay, verify insurance, register patient data in EMR (Epic), communicate with referring providers, obtain and scan new patients medical records.

Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Telephone and Computer Skills, Customer Service, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Quality Focus.
Experience:
Medical office -2 years (required)
Epic experience a must.
