Core Responsibilities:
Is the first contact for any visitors to the above departments.
Coordinates conference calls and meetings with department managers and adds to their calendars
Makes purchases as required for office areas of PI and QM
Supports or completes expense reports for PI and QM staff
Supports with traveling hotel search and any other related issues (e.g. power adaptors, restaurants,…)
