Core Responsibilities:

• Manages day to day business affairs associated with office areas of PI and QM

Is the first contact for any visitors to the above departments.

• Independently schedules resources such as people, meetings, appointments, complex meetings, meeting rooms and provides information to meeting invitees. Coordinates special events and business dinners.
• Assist in preparing and distribution of meeting agendas/presentations as required by department managers

Coordinates conference calls and meetings with department managers and adds to their calendars
Makes purchases as required for office areas of PI and QM

• Organizes and moderates 441 round table meetings including preparation and execution in GUTS
• Travel coordinator for the complete PI and QM team including booking flights, rental cars and hotel rooms

Supports or completes expense reports for PI and QM staff

• Organizes check in and out of visitors from different locations WW

Supports with traveling hotel search and any other related issues (e.g. power adaptors, restaurants,…)
