Employee benefits consulting firm headquartered in Lancaster PA seeks a medical benefits compliance specialist to assist in an array of services involving employee benefit compliance. The primary focus will be serving clients regarding HIPAA, ACA, ERISA, and the entire range of laws and regulations that govern employer sponsored medical insurance under the direction of a compliance attorney. Candidate should have experience and knowledge with HSA, COBRA, HDQHP, plan documents, and other such topics. Good all around skills – communication, word processing, writing. Must have attention to detail and good ability to study and learn complicated health benefit laws and regulations. Flexible work hours.
