We are looking for the following roles across a number of locations in West Auckland including:

• Branch Managers
• Assistant Store Managers
• Third-in-Charge Managers

About the Role

Our Managers have the responsibility and privilege of leading our retail teams within the stores to be supported, inspired, coached and encouraged to achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets.

They drive impeccable customer service to every person that walks through our doors and successfully drive store and brand initiatives.

This role is responsible for the management of rosters and wages for your team within your targets set maintaining store presentation standards through effective visual merchandising and stock management.

A typical day may include:

• Drive impeccable customer service within the store and role modelling this for the team
• Driving store and brand initiatives
• Completion of administrative duties
• Providing advice, guidance and support to team members

About You

You will have a genuine interest in Fashion and will have stacks of enthusiasm and energy!

You will bring outstanding communication skills, an amazing attitude and your own authentic personality to provide a first-class experience for all of our customers. Driven to provide outstanding customer service, you will be dedicated to providing an exceptional fashion experience to every customer that walks through our doors.

With a proven history in achieving sales and KPI’s you thrive on the challenge of exceeding sales targets your comprehensive financial acumen and strong commercial knowledge.

You will have:

• Prior retail experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Ideally, prior retail management experience or at least prior experience in senior retail roles
