What You’ll Do

• Embrace and exemplify XP Values (Simplicity, Communication, Feedback, Respect, Courage)
• Pair programming with team members to solve complex problems together using Test Driven Development (because quality is everyone’s responsibility!)
• Collaborate with your team to provide technical direction on product, design, and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with product and business partners to design scalable cloud-based solutions that deliver value to our customers
• Receives general supervision and guidance from more experienced team members.
• Learns department processes, procedures and client requirements; make recommendations and/or implement improvements/ solutions.
• Participates in Internship Program activities and events to include: onboarding, educational activities, information sessions, product demos and social events.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required

Job Qualifications

How you qualify

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program pursuing a related degree at an accredited 4-year college or university, or equivalent boot camp program
• Minimum three years of relevant coursework completed by time of internship or equivalent boot camp program work
• Preferred minimum 3.0 cumulative collegiate grade point average, on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent
• Prior internship or co-op experience preferred
• Participation in campus activities related to field preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience through participation in on-campus activities, educational forums and/or prior work experience

Nice to have

• Angular (or other Single Page Application), Java, Spring Framework
• Hands on experience with Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Experience with message queue technologies
