We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting our professional services teams at our head office location in Dieppe, New Brunswick.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Senior Human Resources Business Partner must be customer focused, thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and detail. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a “can do” attitude. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will act as a strategic business partner to develop, support, and execute various employee relations, performance management and development strategies in support of their assigned client groups, enabling a positive employee experience.
