As the Corporate Traveller Head of Customer Success, you will play an important role in our future business strategies. With direct responsibility and accountability for delivering our clients’ travel programs strategic direction including identification and management of potential growth opportunities.
You will be leading a highly experienced and successful customer success team, providing direction in line with local and global brand strategies and goals while coaching and guiding individuals to ensure they have the skills and expertise to meet objectives and goals of growth, retention, and customer profitability.
Building strong partnerships with your customers and your team coupled with strong leadership skills and business acumen will be key to your success in this role.
