As the Corporate Traveller Head of Customer Success, you will play an important role in our future business strategies. With direct responsibility and accountability for delivering our clients’ travel programs strategic direction including identification and management of potential growth opportunities.

You will be leading a highly experienced and successful customer success team, providing direction in line with local and global brand strategies and goals while coaching and guiding individuals to ensure they have the skills and expertise to meet objectives and goals of growth, retention, and customer profitability.

Building strong partnerships with your customers and your team coupled with strong leadership skills and business acumen will be key to your success in this role.

What will your day look like?

• Manage customer business relationships across a portfolio and the Corporate Traveller customer base.
• Lead the Customer Success team to achieve individual and brand goals.
• Represent the team and customers within Corporate Traveller’s senior leadership globally.
• Implement trackable retention strategies to manage overall risk with the customer base.
• Drive value through innovation, expertise, and recommendations, including cost benefit analysis and identifying growth opportunities within the customer portfolio.

To be successful in this rewarding role, you’ll need to demonstrate your leadership experience with a proven track record in customer service and relationship building skills along with the ability to negotiate and problem solve effectively. Your analytical and sales skills will be the key to your success as you work with Corporate Travellers largest customers.

• Demonstrate leadership in customer service, relationship building, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Emphasize collaborative leadership, leading by example, and contributing to business growth.
• Preferably have account management experience in corporate travel.
• Showcase strong relationship-building, strategic, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Operate effectively in both team and individual settings, showcasing expertise in Customer Success competencies.
