Position Summary :

Costco Travel is seeking individuals to join our reservation staff to assist Costco members in the planning of their vacation travel, with a focus on first-call resolution in a fast-paced call center environment. Join our team and share your knowledge and skills as an active team member in the continuing growth of Costco Travel.

Job Duties/Essential Functions :

Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner.

Uses airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations.

Confirms reservations accurately.

Communicates members’ needs to other support departments.

Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location.

Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications :


Required:

Effective listening and communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Typing speed minimum of 30 words per minute.

Detail-oriented approach to work.

Flexible to meet the schedule needs of the business (e.g., evening, weekends).

Recommended:

Sales experience (preferably phone sales).

Travel industry experience.

Call center experience.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing work environment.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer.

High school diploma or GED.

Other Conditions :

Compensation: Starting at $18.50 with steady pay increases (based on hours worked).
