The hours and days for this Customer Service Manager position are:

Tuesday- Saturday 0730-1700

Have the run of the floor in this busy and customer focused environment. As Customer Service Manager you could expect to be:

• Overseeing the Checkout, Online and Office departments ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day and week to week

• Completing general administration for the store including maintenance of compliance records

• Recruiting, training and developing team members within the Customer Service Department

• Championing Occupational Health and Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors

We are looking for our new Customer Service Manager to have:

• A passion for excellent customer experience and team first approach

• Excellent organisation and prioritization skills

• Proven leadership abilities and success training and developing your team

• First aid, general managers, food safety certificate and LQC – preferred but not required
