The role is within the Estates and Facilities Team in Coventry University Enterprises Limited which provides essential functions to support the continued UK and international growth of the University, providing the spaces, facilities, infrastructure, and expertise to create a world class experience for all our customers.
Main Responsibilities
You will provide support to the Faculty Academic Resource Officer (FARO) to deliver an effective and efficient timetable for their host Faculty/School and the University as a whole and to deputies in the absence of FARO. You will work closely alongside the academic and administrative team that are responsible for the timetabling, to coordinate and efficiently book teaching space for both undergraduate and postgraduate timetabling for each academic year, to ensure the Faculty needs are met and an efficient level of usage is achieved.
You will be responsible for ensuring all resource information is correct and up to date, including modules, courses, staff, lecturers, rooms, equipment etc on CMIS. You will also ensure accurate data is input into the timetabling software system to produce course /module information. You will liaises closely with Cross University Timetabling Team (CRTT) to ensure processes and cycles for production of timetables are followed in accordance with the University procedures.
