A well-known family-owned manufacturing company in North Kerry has an urgent requirement for a receptionist.
- 8-week temporary position (possibility to extend)
- €12-€14/hour DOE
- Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 6:00pm and Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Immediate availability
- Site based role (no remote working)
What you will be doing:
- Managing a busy switchboard (taking messages and routing calls to appropriate departments)
- Meet & greet
- Signing in guests
What you will need:
- Previous customer service experience highly desirable
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and handling a high volume of calls on a daily a basis
