- Assisting with Check-ins/Check-outs
- Managing Schedule/assisting in adding production to the schedule
- Assisting with insurance benefits verification
- Assisting with team efforts for recall follow up
- Patient inquiries
- Presentation of some hygiene treatment plans
- Other responsibilities pertaining to front office operations, i.e., insurance related inquires, patient care calls, etc.
