Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for members of the senior management team
- Processes expense reports for senior management
- Schedules appointments with internal and external parties
- Organizes meetings – schedules, sends reminders, prepares agendas, organizes catering, arranges hotel and ground transportation
- Coordinates travel arrangements
- Gathers required proof of activity, creates invoices, submits for reimbursement, and follows up on vendor coop monies
- Orders supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make independent decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Concur Travel & Expense software, is a plus
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
