Creative Activation is the number one retail partner in New Zealand and Australia for Merchandisers, Sales Teams, Brand Ambassadors and Auditors.
We are currently looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to join the National team, representing one of our key client partnerships within the FMCG personal health, hygiene and beauty industry.
About the role
The primary purpose of the role is to manage key client relationships & operations while focusing on all client outputs. The role is also responsible for forming strategies to deliver program objectives and KPI performance for the client through retail activities, staff management and data analysis.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear desire to achieve exceptional results and will have an engaging and collaborative relationship building style.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Client Service Management – Creating and sustaining long term client relationships through understanding their business and priorities.
- Planning & Process Management – Managing week to week operational processes to ensure client execution plans are implemented effectively and efficiently to meet filed team requirements
- Program Delivery – Proactively seek and deliver opportunities to introduce innovation that drives improved execution in field
- Project Management – Scoping project requirements including timeframes, key stakeholder inputs and co-ordination of multifunctional resources
- Financial Management – Identifying the key financial drivers and set appropriate KPIs to focus on improved performance
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Experience in FMCG retail essential
- Sales/Team Management experience
- Marketing/management qualifications desirable.
- Prior experience in Account Service or related industry
- A high a level of written and oral communication skills and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
