We are currently looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to join the National team, representing one of our key client partnerships within the FMCG personal health, hygiene and beauty industry.
About the role
The primary purpose of the role is to manage key client relationships & operations while focusing on all client outputs. The role is also responsible for forming strategies to deliver program objectives and KPI performance for the client through retail activities, staff management and data analysis.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear desire to achieve exceptional results and will have an engaging and collaborative relationship building style.
