Creative Child Care Center Hiring for Accounting Clerk at Remote Full Time

Our company is looking for an entry-level Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will work closely with our Controller on all corporate accounting. An Employee will update and monitor budgets and financial statements, which drive our projects throughout local area and nationwide. The candidate we seek is well organized and detail-oriented. The position has management growth potential.

Main Duties

Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Sort and pay bills in a timely manner
Enter new vendor info
Make sure all credit card charges are accounted for
Prepare deposit slips and enter payment
Maintain order of files
Make collections of past due payments
Compiles invoices and bank reconciliations
Resolve issues and payment discrepancies
Process Credit Card Receivables
Recon of deposits and payments
Answer the phone and provide other administrative assistance

Qualifications and Skills

High school or equivalent
Accounting background (Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Must have excellent interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
