Responsibilities:
- Assist various departments within the company with filing, scanning, shipping, etc.
- Inventories all of their equipment so they know what they have vs relying on IT, knows who has what and where and signed off on, kept up to date
- In office administrative way helps with onboarding, occasionally help bring people to security for badges, making sure we have laptop/desktops available, phones connected/set-up, as well as the off-boarding
- Handle meetings- if a larger group of participants , will help with that set-up
- Office manager type duties
- Assist with purchase orders
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative work or similar
- Computer experience- MUST
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
