Creative Financial Staffing is hiring a full-desk Recruiter to manage both sides of the professional headhunting process and become a Career Matchmaker! You will find and connect with clients (hiring mangers) who have job openings, and then match them with ideal candidates (job seekers).

Day to Day in this Role:

• Create a business network in your city. Maintain long-term relationships with job-seekers and hiring managers in order to connect them with one another.
• Post job ads, screen resumes, interview candidates, verify qualifications through background and reference checks.
• Prospect, network and connect with decision-makers to discover job opportunities and sell your recruiting services.
• Focus on finding and filling professional, salaried roles within the accounting and finance industry. Enjoy the job stability of the accounting sector along with all the excitement of recruiting and entrepreneurship!
• Collaborate with your team to recommend the best possible candidate fit for each client’s job opening.
• Assist through the entire hiring process: provide interview and resume advice, coordinate meetings, negotiate salaries and achieve offer acceptance.
• Place TONS of phone calls, attend video meetings, touch base frequently over email, LinkedIn and other job boards.

Training and Advancement:

• Direct, in-person training so you can bond with your team, listen in on top performers, and get your questions answered in real time.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional (full-time, post-education) job tenure
• Experience in a customer or client-facing role, regardless of industry (sales, recruiting, accounting, finance, or professional services preferred)
• Ability to commute to our office in Beaverton for in-person training, before transitioning to a more flexible schedule
• Skills: professional communication; time-management/scheduling; knack for “reading people”, making connections and following up
• Personality: self-motivated, likes to learn, enjoys problem-solving, business-oriented, wants clear instructions and a proven path to success, has a sense of humor!
