We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk/Admin to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• Work in sales portal with ETA Checks
• Stock/inventory

• Entering and Double Checking Purchase Orders: about 50 of each/day

• 50 into SAP, then check someone else’s entries

• Answer Phone calls: will add into their routine quickly

• 20 calls a day, distributed between the team. Typically a minute long and asking for inventory, shipment update, stock status, etc

• Occasional upset vendors but they can pass along to manager until the feel comfortable de-escalating

• Answering emails : will add in with the phone calls, mostly about pricing, availability, when are things shipping

• Maybe 50 emails a day

• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Computer Savvy- must
• Previous data entry experience- plus
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
