ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading subcontracting organization and they are a union construction firm offering design, installation, and maintenance for telecom, data, power, and other systems.
This position offers extensive training as the current employee is being promoted and will be there to help and train.
Early hours are an option and preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:
- Assist in processing union payroll.
- Answer vendor and employee payroll inquiries.
- Prepare accounts payable entry and back up for check runs.
- Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
- Prepare analysis of accounts receivable and aging reports, as required.
- Assist in reconciling statements.
- Assist with special projects, as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Union company payroll exposure strongly preferred.
- Construction industry experience a strong plus.
- Accounts Payable, Receivable and or Payroll experience.
