Do you have a passion for creating beautifully organized spaces physically and digitally? Are you a skilled administrative assistant? Are you interested in being a part of building an online business?

Creative Vitality is looking for a rapid expansion of its business model, delivering content with a growth mindset, health and wellness focus. We are seeking someone who is as much a people-person as a systems person, to support in developing and executing a smooth launch of a new online business. As well as managing and optimizing the daily operations of a home office located in Central SE Calgary.

Future areas for business growth are organizing and hosting regular local events, destination retreats, and podcasts.

We are looking for someone who can assist with:

• Basic Bookkeeping using quickbooks; accounts receivable and payables

• Creating and managing physical and digital databases, files, and client lists

• Providing administrative support with emails and scheduling

• Brand CSO Client Service Officer – Oversee the client experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the programs. Offer support and resources for any questions or concerns that arise through their journey.

• Advance computer skills and online platforms; Instagram, Facebook, TikToc, LinkedIn

• Analyzing and optimizing business operations to ensure peak performance

Qualifications

• Office management experience or education

• Engaging personality and optimistic outlook

• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Proficient with Google Suites, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

• Experience developing internal systems

• Reliability and discretion: Ability to handle confidential information

• Excellent Communication and people skills

• The ability to ‘make things happen

Hours will be a mix of in person and remote; up to 16 hours per week. Flexible schedule available. Main office is located in Douglasdale SE, Calgary. Potential to become a full time position when launch is successful.
